MASSIVE 240m2 Luxury 4 bedroom Penthouse available for rent on the waterfront in Redcliffe. Fully ducted AND INDEPENDENT airconditioning to ALL rooms. Not shared with the other apartments. Perfect North facing aspect. Just moments away from the award winning Suttons beach, this apartment offers stunning views and an excellent location. Four bedrooms which sleep eight and a private heated outdoor spa on the large entertainers deck.. Cot/Highchair available on request. Some disability aids on request. Beaches/restaurants/shops/bars/transport are within 5 mins walk of the apartment – No car needed.
We have done our best to make the Penthouse somewhere groups and families can have a great holiday. Although we are only 5 minutes walk to the restaurant area, we have a full kitchen if you prefer to cook at home. For longer stays the full laundry is fantastic as well.

Dedicated 50Mbps+ wifi in the apartment. That means it’s all yours, not shared with the rest of the building. Note the building also has wifi if required.
Free Underground Parking
The Penthouse comes with 2 underground parking spots which are also great for wheelchair guests. Close to the elevator. More spots on request as well as street parking.
Entertainment systems
Two of the bedrooms have a balcony and two have a TV in the room, great for the kids while the main living room has its own 65″ Smart LCD TV to allow streaming etc.

We have a full kitchen including Electric Cooktop, Oven, Microwave and Dishwasher
Full Laundry
Well of course the Penthouse has a full laundry with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. We also have an outdoor washing line on the balcony if you prefer. Great for longer stays.
Pool & Heated Spa
On the spacious balcony we have a heated spa (fully fenced and compliant). This is a private spa. There is also a heated swimming pool downstairs for all apartment guests
Large Balcony
We have a large private balcony which has the heated spa, gas bbq, dining table and chairs as well an outdoor lounge. North facing it is protected from the strong sea breezes for perfect evenings.
Wheelchair friendly
Easy access for wheelchairs. The underground garage is very large for wheelchair access and the only step is onto the outdoor deck approx 5-6cm (2″). We have some disability aids (shower chair etc) if required.
Secure
The apartment front desk is manned throughout the day and access after hours is by use of the keyfobs provided. These will only access the common floors and the specific apartment floor. The Penthouse only has two apartments available from the elevator ensuring a high level of security.

Check-in & Checkout
We have a manned front desk where you will be greeted and provided with keyfobs to access the underground garage and the Penthouse. The manager there also has a wealth of local knowledge to asssist you during your stay.
Check in is from 2pm, checkout is before 10am.
Cancellation Policy
We provide a full refund up to 30 days before arrival, then 50% up to 7 days before arrival.
